Greetings from Tierra Del Sol Country Club!
With the upcoming 2023/24season almost upon us we are excited to offer another exciting season of golf, dining and entertainment.  We offer 18 holes of championship golf along with the ever-popular De La Vista nine hole executive golf course.  
Players continue to enjoy the benefits of the 2018 country club renovations that included enhanced landscaping and a golf shop upgrade.  Most important was the new dining options at the TDS bar and grill featuring a new indoor bar and seating area and a spacious outdoor patio as well.    Offering a complete menu and a daily happy hour with live entertainment that is second to none the Tierra Del Sol club has become THE place to be on the north side.
The Studio Theater at Tierra Del Sol was the hottest ticket in town last season and we expect a full line up of great shows for the coming winter season.  With a season of sell out shows last season the theater offers a black box “Broadway show” experience featuring a team of professional actors from around the country performing a host of classic plays and musical show for all to enjoy.
In a continued effort to provide premier playing conditions the golf course underwent a complete renovation in 2018 that included the installation of TifEagle Bermuda greens. All bunkers were renovated and new geo-angular sand installed. While the overall integrity of the course layout remains unchanged and the playing experience has been greatly enhanced with these turf and bunker enhancements. Recent enhanced agronomy and agriculture plans have enhanced turf quality and set the golf course up for a great winter season.
If you are new to The Villages and looking for playing partners, join us for Men’s Day (Tuesdays) or Ladies Day (rotates between the 5 northernmost courses on Wednesdays).  These are wonderful avenues for residents, holding an enhanced membership, to network with others who love the game.  For those not ready for a full championship competitive experience please inquire about our weekly executive golf course men’s and ladies day schedules.
More merchandise is coming into our golf shop every day getting ready for the upcoming season. We have the latest fashions for both men and women.  Also, you will find a wide selection of shoes, hats, and outerwear for the cool mornings ahead. No visit to Tierra Del Sol would be complete without a visit to the ever popular “golf clearance area” offering great deals on apparel, shoes and golf accessory items.
